About the Author/Creator

Martin Wellman, author of The Good Manners Brigade, created the book and its characters for a good cause. “I wrote the book for my kids to teach them good manners. They still remember every character and the importance of being polite.”

“Learning manners doesn’t have to be an unpleasant or boring experience for children. With The Good Manners Brigade parents can read the book to their children and allow them to learn from from the characters. When children sit down for meals they are gently reminded of the adventures of The Good Manners Brigade and that they need to use their manners”.
